TorpiloAPI prioritizes developer privacy. We operate on a strict data-minimization principle: we collect only the essential operational telemetry required to route API requests and enforce concurrency limits.
When using TorpiloAPI, the following technical data may be temporarily processed:
TorpiloAPI operates strictly as a zero-retention transit pipe. Prompt content, completion output, and payload data are routed dynamically in real-time. We do not log, retain, store, inspect, or use prompt or completion payloads to train artificial intelligence models.
API requests are routed directly to official upstream infrastructure providers for completion execution. While TorpiloAPI does not store your payload data, interaction with upstream provider endpoints is subject to their standard operational transmission protocols.
TorpiloAPI does not collect or store full credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials. All financial transactions are processed securely through external third-party payment gateways or cryptocurrency blockchain networks (BSC).
While we implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) for all transit data, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Users utilize the infrastructure at their own risk.
